Job summary

Persán, a multinational home and personal care producer, invites you to join its team in Wrocław as a Process Engineering Specialist. You will analyze processes, drive continuous improvement, and help optimize production parameters to meet KPIs and cost targets.

We value technical degree holders with 2+ years in manufacturing, proficiency in drawing, automation, 3D printing, Inventor, and English. You will collaborate across departments, implement new lines and equipment, and contribute to

Qualifications

Higher education – preferably technical.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, in production or maintenance, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Knowledge of technical drawing.
Practical knowledge of: industrial mechanics and automation; and production tooling design.
Knowledge of MS Office and graphic programs such as Inventor.
Good command of English.
Very good organization of own work and setting priorities.
Creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to cope with time pressure.
Practical knowledge of modern production management methods and 3D printing technology is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Analyzing processes and implementing improvement measures (continuous improvement, development of applicable standards, cost optimization, and achieving set goals – KPIs); Defining and optimizing key parameters of production processes (including standard operation times).
Determining resources and raw material consumption levels.
Actively participating in and/or leading project teams.
Participating in the implementation of new products, machines, and equipment in the production area.
Optimizing machines, processes, and work ergonomics.
Conducting audits to confirm compliance of ongoing processes with assumptions and established standards.
Developing production documentation.
Cooperating with other company departments.
Preparing reports, summaries, and calculations for the team/organization.
