Persán, a multinational home and personal care producer, invites you to join its team in Wrocław as a Process Engineering Specialist. You will analyze processes, drive continuous improvement, and help optimize production parameters to meet KPIs and cost targets.

Qualifications

  • Higher education – preferably technical.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, in production or maintenance, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge of technical drawing.
  • Practical knowledge of: industrial mechanics and automation; and production tooling design.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and graphic programs such as Inventor.
  • Good command of English.
  • Very good organization of own work and setting priorities.
  • Creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to cope with time pressure.
  • Practical knowledge of modern production management methods and 3D printing technology is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing processes and implementing improvement measures (continuous improvement, development of applicable standards, cost optimization, and achieving set goals – KPIs); Defining and optimizing key parameters of production processes (including standard operation times).
  • Determining resources and raw material consumption levels.
  • Actively participating in and/or leading project teams.
  • Participating in the implementation of new products, machines, and equipment in the production area.
  • Optimizing machines, processes, and work ergonomics.
  • Conducting audits to confirm compliance of ongoing processes with assumptions and established standards.
  • Developing production documentation.
  • Cooperating with other company departments.
  • Preparing reports, summaries, and calculations for the team/organization.
