Job summary

Molex is seeking a Process Engineer responsible for coordinating and managing the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process. You will join an engineering team responsible for implementing and controlling technical changes across the organisation.

You will create and coordinate ECOs, monitor deadlines, track open ECOs, assess impacts on BOMs and tooling, manage documentation, and communicate changes across the business, with opportunities to participate in technical audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of engineering change management processes.
• ERP experience (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
• Basic database and reporting knowledge and English at B2 level or higher.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of engineering change management processes.
• ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Basic database and reporting knowledge.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Knowledge of: Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation & Robotics, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
• ECO, NPI, or technical documentation experience.
