Job summary

Lyten, Inc. seeks a Process Engineer to join the core team launching the production line, then join the industrialization group to deploy new processes. You will define process specs, implement new technologies, and drive 5S, PFMEA, and DOE-driven improvements across multidisciplinary teams.

You’ll lead ramp-up activities, optimize KPIs, and provide technical support for sustained production performance in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience within new process development in automated manufacturing environments.
• Experience in technologies such as tightening, adhesives, pressing, leakage testing, laser welding.
• Experience in writing technical documentation (requirements specs, functional design, UML, test cases, test records).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with statistical data analysis.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural, cross-functional team.

• Key player in production line launch and ramp-up by achieving targeted Machine and Process Capabilities.
• Lead equipment and process fine-tuning, debugging and process adjustment during commissioning and ramp-up phases.
• Define and develop the process requirements specification and design new technologies.
• Build SOPs, Work Instructions and PFMEA; ensure 5S and SPC controls.
• Define process validation guidelines and drive FAT/SAT with CMK/CP/CPK targets.
• Lead DOE to optimize process conditions and KPIs; provide production technical support.

**Process Engineer**The position will initially join the core team responsible for launching the production line. Responsible for planning, organize and execute duties within a process area that includes, but are not limited to, the development of new or improved manufacturing processes, generating process specifications and production sustainability. Following the launch, the role will join industrialization team to develop and deploy new processes.
