Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) seeks a seasoned Process Engineer to deploy site manufacturing processes and industrialize new products. You will define production processes, PFMEA, and SPC while collaborating with global teams across mechanics, pneumatics, and electronics.

You will lead manufacturing projects, ensure robust processes, and support global contract manufacturers. Multinational exposure and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; minimum 5 years in process engineering in technical industry.
• Proven experience developing manufacturing processes and leading projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, electronics, and related manufacturing tech.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement Manufacturing instructions, BOMs, tooling, and Poke Yoke for existing products.
• Lead or contribute to manufacturing projects to ensure robust, efficient, documented processes.
• Define production processes for new products per R&D requirements to ensure robustness and repeatability.
• Define and deploy SPC for product and process requirements and jobs with cross-functional teams.
• Work with contract manufacturers globally to support operations and optimize facilities.
• Support NPI in production: labor, quality, capacity, and scheduling.
