Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of luxury hospitality experience.
• Experience in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or premium F&B operations.
• Proven leadership in private households.
• Strong discretion and VIP guest management.
• Valid driving license preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage all aspects of daily household operations.
• Develop and implement luxury service standards across the residence.
• Oversee housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, security, drivers, chefs, and other domestic staff.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise household employees.
• Prepare duty rosters, manage performance, and coordinate staff schedules.
• Deliver a 5-star hospitality experience for family members and guests.
• Coordinate VIP visits, family gatherings, private events, and special occasions.
• Manage dining service, table settings, food presentation, and overall guest experience.
• Liaise with chefs and external suppliers to ensure exceptional catering and service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor service quality.
• Ensure timely maintenance and preventive care of household assets.
• Monitor household expenses and budgets.
• Manage procurement of household supplies, luxury goods, and consumables.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and control stock levels.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and special requests for the family.
• Support lifestyle management requirements as needed.
• Ensure residences are fully prepared before and after family travel.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion; ensure compliance with local regulations and policies.
