Job summary

Elesta seeks a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a private family office. This is a fully remote role within a small team, sourcing across private household and lifestyle staff, finance, and legal consultants.

You will run full recruitment cycles, screen and interview candidates, and manage offers with discretion. Fluent English and Russian are required; experience with family offices or hospitality is a plus. Remote work from anywhere with equipment provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally end-to-end / full-cycle.
• Fluent in English and Russian, spoken and written.
• Experience with family offices, concierge services, or travel/hospitality is a plus.
• Comfortable sourcing and mapping candidates independently.
• Strong communication skills and good judgment with confidential information.
• Organised and able to manage several open roles at once.
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely as part of a small team.

• Keep candidate and role data accurate and up to date.
