Job summary

Rzmlaw is seeking a Lawyer for the Privacy & Data Protection and E-commerce Practice to support clients on GDPR matters, information security, and new technologies law. Responsibilities include drafting agreements and terms, advising on e-commerce, and liaising with clients.

The role requires a law degree, 3+ years in privacy/GDPR work, fluent English for legal use, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in law.
• At least three years of experience providing legal services on privacy, data protection, and GDPR matters.
• Knowledge of related areas (information security, cybersecurity, e-commerce, compliance) is a plus.
• Fluent, practical command of English with focus on legal terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide GDPR and data protection support to clients, including DPO duties when needed.
• Participate in AI and risk analysis projects for clients.
• Draft and review agreements, terms & conditions, and provide e-commerce advice.
