Job summary

IS-Wireless is seeking a seasoned C developer to join our L2/L3 team, building high-performance system software for 5G infrastructures. You will optimize data processing engines and memory management using C99, contributing to efficient network data flows and low-latency components.

You will collaborate on system-level architecture, profile performance, and tackle computational challenges in an international engineering environment in Poland, with ample training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional C development experience with focus on C99 and system programming.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and computational complexity.
• Experience with system-level programming, multi-threading, and HPC.
• Knowledge of memory management, performance profiling, and system optimization.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for complex computations.
• Familiarity with Linux systems programming, debugging tools, and performance analysis.
• Very good English (spoken/written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize high-performance data processing algorithms and engines using C99.

• Implement system-level software components for network data flows, buffering, and memory management.

• Collaborate with L2/L3 team members on system architecture and performance optimization challenges.

Requirements
