OLX is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive high-impact, zero-to-one initiatives across its Real Estate platforms (otodom.pl, imovirtual.com, storia.ro). This builder role focuses on creating new value rather than people management, requiring comfort with rapid execution across multiple markets.

You will lead 2–3 initiatives over 6–24 months, including AI-driven capabilities and monetisation explorations, reporting to the Director of Product with remote options for ES/PT/PL.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience leading zero-to-one initiatives.
• Experience building and launching new products, not just optimising existing ones.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ROI-informed decisions.
• Ability to navigate a matrixed, multi-market organisation and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong product craft: discovery, experimentation, data-driven decisions.
• Executive presence to defend concepts to senior leaders.
• Business and financial acumen: ROI, P&L awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Experience in marketplaces or two-sided marketplaces is a plus.
• Comfort working in cross-functional, multicultural teams across markets.
• Willingness to travel approximately every two months.

Responsabilités

• Lead zero-to-one initiatives from concept to market validation and scaled delivery.
• Build with AI as a daily lever, including AI-powered discovery and experimentation.
• Run lean experiments to prove product-market fit quickly with minimal bureaucracy.
• Defend concepts to senior directors, communicating evidence and conviction.
• Drive multiple initiatives in parallel with minimal oversight across international markets.
• Own the business case, linking product decisions to revenue and margin impact.
• Raise the bar for product craft by sharing methods and acting as a role model.
