Job summary

OLX Group is seeking an experienced Product Director to lead the product function for our core horizontal marketplace across European markets. You will shape strategy, own the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial leadership to drive growth and monetization for both buyers and sellers on the platform.

You will lead a product organization of around 15 people, focusing on growth, retention, monetization, and AI-driven innovations, reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead product teams in marketplaces/e-commerce.
• Experience in AI-based product development and transformation.
• Strong collaboration across engineering, design, and commercial teams.
• Track record of building and scaling product roadmaps for growth and monetization.
