Bayer in Warsaw is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and adoption of AI-powered customer engagement platforms across global markets. You will own product vision, align cross-functional teams, and shape digital experiences that drive commercial value and Bayer's transformation.

This role emphasizes leadership by influence, not direct management, and requires 10+ years in product management, plus Agile and DevOps experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of Product Management experience.
5+ years of experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
Proven experience defining product strategy, vision and roadmaps for digital products.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives through influence across multiple stakeholders and teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience partnering closely with engineering teams to deliver technology-enabled products.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management for strategic platform capabilities.
Translate customer, user and business needs into scalable digital products that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Lead product discovery, prioritization and delivery using Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
Shape AI-enabled engagement capabilities, including personalization, intelligent recommendations, conversational experiences and next-best-action solutions.
Partner closely with engineering, analytics, data science and UX teams to deliver innovative, high-quality products.
Drive adoption and measurable business impact of product capabilities across global markets.
Monitor product performance, customer feedback and key business metrics to continuously improve value delivery.
Influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around a shared product vision.
Champion product management best practices and foster a culture of customer-centric innovation.
