Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of Product Management experience.
- 5+ years in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for strategic platform capabilities.
- Translate needs into scalable digital products delivering measurable outcomes.
- Lead product discovery, prioritization and delivery using Agile/Design Thinking.
- Shape AI-enabled engagement capabilities and next-best-action solutions.
- Partner with engineering, analytics, data science and UX teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Drive adoption and measurable business impact across global markets.
- Monitor performance and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve value.
