Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead AI-powered customer engagement and sales enablement platforms. You will own product vision, strategy, and adoption across global markets, working with engineering, data science and UX teams to deliver measurable business impact.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder influence and experience in digital products within consumer health or regulated industries. Hybrid work in Warsaw is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• 5+ years in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Proven experience defining product strategy, vision and roadmaps for digital products.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives through influence across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management for strategic platform capabilities.
• Translate customer, user and business needs into scalable digital products that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead product discovery, prioritization and delivery using Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Shape AI-enabled engagement capabilities, including personalization and next-best-action solutions.
• Partner with engineering, analytics, data science and UX teams to deliver innovative, high-quality products.
• Drive adoption and measurable business impact of product capabilities across global markets.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback and key business metrics to improve value delivery.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around a shared product vision.
