Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Natural Sciences; PhD desirable.
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager or Requirements Engineer in an agile environment.
- Experience at interfaces between science, engineering, and IT is a plus.
- Strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset; hands-on scientific work in R&D contexts.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional product team of IT and R&D experts (biologists, chemists, pharmacologists).
- Translate complex scientific business needs into user journeys and technical requirements.
- Prioritize problems and frame engineering work as testable hypotheses to deliver high-value features.
- Drive design, build, and continuous delivery of digital products in a fast-paced Pharma R&D setting.
- Proactively share insights with scientists and stakeholders to inform decisions and align IT product strategy.
