Qualifications

• 8–12 years of product management experience, with 4+ years in growth or self-serve roles.
• Direct P&L ownership at portfolio scope and growth mechanics experience.
• Ability to present to executive leadership on growth strategy and economics.
• Track record of hiring or mentoring Sr PMs in growth.
• Hands-on with landing pages, signup flows, and in-product experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio‑scope growth surface from first impression to revenue.
• Define multi‑quarter growth thesis and channel sequencing.
• Run 8–10 experiments per sprint with pre‑registered hypotheses and invalidation signals.
• Design self‑serve as a first‑class path with compelling in‑product flows.
• Diagnose funnel performance with data and implement fixes.
• Shape monetization mechanics including credit economics and pricing signals.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and CS to route high‑intent signals.
• Mentor and calibrate Sr PMs to own their loops and drive impact.
• Document learnings and update priors publicly as data evolves.
