Job summary

ZoomInfo is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to drive product strategy through analytics, insights, and measurement. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to translate complex questions into trusted analytics that inform product decisions at scale.

You will define success metrics, build KPIs, and establish telemetry requirements while leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate analyses and governance across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI or product analytics within B2B SaaS or tech environments.
• Influences product, business, or operations decisions through insights and recommendations.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale datasets.
• Able to define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, and translate business questions into analysis.
• Excellent storytelling and communication tailored to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to measure performance, behavior, adoption, and retention.
• Define success metrics and measurement plans for launches, features, and initiatives.
• Build KPIs and measurement frameworks aligning cross-functional teams.
• Define event tracking requirements with Product and Engineering for telemetry insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and root causes.
• Design, analyze, and communicate results from experiments and feature launches.
• Present findings through narratives and visualizations to influence prioritization.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate Analytics workflows and governance.
