Job summary
Grid Dynamics seeks a Principal Engineer (Physical AI & Digital Twin) to lead the technical build of an AI-first enterprise simulation platform on the full NVIDIA stack. You will own the platform architecture, coordinating with engineering teams and client leadership to define digital twins and synced data, and to design AI agents that automate workflows.
You will guide a multidisciplinary team across physics, sensors, rendering, USD, robotics and synthetic data, while establishing scalable
Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering digital twins of machines or industrial sites.
- Deep AI background including building AI agents for automation.
- Ability to design architecture of a simulation platform serving multiple teams.
- Experience leading a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture of the AI-first simulation platform on the NVIDIA stack.
- Define how digital twins are built and synced with real data.
- Lead design of AI agents and workflow automation for scenario generation and analysis.
- Establish SimOps practices for scalable simulation.
- Guide six engineers across physics, sensors, rendering, USD, robotics and synthetic data.
- Represent team in technical discussions with client leadership.
