Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Principal Product Manager for Telemetry collection in the Observability team. You will own the vision for Fleet Server, Elastic Agent and the OpenTelemetry distribution, plus related log shippers.

You will work with engineering, UX and product marketing to deliver scalable telemetry solutions across remote architectures and cloud-native deployments.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a Product Management role focusing on enterprise infrastructure observability or telemetry collection.
• Deep technical familiarity with collectors, log shippers, and agent ecosystems (OpenTelemetry Collector, Elastic Agent, Filebeat/Beats, Logstash).
• Experience defining requirements for remote agent management, fleet control planes, or distributed edge collection systems.

Responsabilités

• Define product vision, go-to-market strategy and roadmap for Elastic Agent framework, Fleet Server, and telemetry collectors.
• Define KPIs for agent deployment, pipeline efficiency, and OTel distributions adoption.
• Oversee packaging, testing and distribution of Elastic Agent and EDOT as well as standalone distributions.
• Drive remote management capabilities for Elastic Agent, Fleet Server and collector infrastructure at scale.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX and product marketing to deliver central management experiences.
