You will shape the technical vision for Ingress, private connectivity, DNS, and security controls at scale for Elastic Cloud, guiding architecture and cross-team initiatives with a strong emphasis on reliability and security. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product management and senior stakeholders, and drive architectural clarity across the platform while owning

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex distributed systems operating at production scale.
• Deep expertise in application networking and cloud-native architecture.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end and drive multi-engineer initiatives.
• Experience running high-availability SaaS platforms and improving reliability.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for major application networking initiatives from design through GA.
• Lead development of Ingress, private connectivity, DNS, and security controls at scale for Elastic Cloud.
• Drive multi-quarter, cross-organizational projects and deliverables.
• Lead incident investigations and on-call rotations to improve operability.
