Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to own and evolve our AWS Landing Zone. You will develop new features, maintain security and reliability, and work across multi-account environments to support application teams.

You will design infrastructure as code with Terraform, manage configuration with Ansible, and implement automation using Python and Bash, while ensuring a strong DevOps culture and robust network design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on cloud engineering with AWS at enterprise scale.
• Experience designing and running an AWS Landing Zone, ideally with Control Tower or similar.
• Strong Terraform for IaC and Ansible for automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the AWS Landing Zone; build new features and keep the platform healthy, secure, and reliable.
• Create reusable Landing Zone capabilities to reduce duplication across teams.
• Design and run CI/CD pipelines; automate testing for platform components and promote DevOps practices.
