Concentrix is seeking a Travel Advisor to assist Nordic Premium Airline SAS customers, handling inquiries in Norwegian and English. The role includes helping with ticket purchases, various payment methods, and resolving travel issues.

You will interact with passengers via calls and chat from the Warsaw office, building trust through outstanding service. Ideal candidates are fluent in Norwegian (C1) and English (B2), highly organized, and eager to grow within a diverse international team.
