Job summary

SQA Services is seeking a detail-oriented Electromechanical Inspector with welding background to ensure quality and compliance of electromechanical components. This on-site role runs 5 days a week, 4-8 hours daily, on first shift in Swiebodzice, Poland.

It is a 1+ year contract, with responsibilities spanning incoming, in-process, and final inspection, plus FAT testing and reporting. Candidates should have experience inspecting electromechanical components, welding inspection techniques, and

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting electromechanical components, preferably cooling systems.
• Welding inspection experience and weld integrity techniques.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience; ASME or CWI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of critical features.
• Verify inspection equipment and methodologies meet drawings and intent.
• Provide weekly ramp progress and site quality performance reports.
• Audit supplier facilities and close non-conformance findings.
• Validate FAT and Level 1 commissioning readiness before shipment.
• Read wiring diagrams and inspect rivets and mechanical assemblies.
