Sii Poland is seeking a Master Data Specialist to maintain and improve data quality across ERP systems and databases. You will collaborate with Data Stewards and Business Process Experts to ensure accurate, consistent master data and support governance initiatives.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data governance or related fields, experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP, and are fluent in Polish and English.

• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Experience in cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluency in Polish and English; Polish residency in Poland.

Responsabilités

• Input, update, and manage master data in ERP systems and spreadsheets.

• Analyze data lineage, identify anomalies, and monitor quality metrics.
• Perform validation and quality checks to resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare reports and documentation related to data quality and maintenance.

We are looking for a skilled Master Data Specialist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing data, ensuring data quality and accuracy. Collaborating closely with Data Stewards and Business Process Experts, you will help maintain high data standards and support data governance initiatives. If you have a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

Your tasks

• Input, update, and manage data in JD Edwards, databases, and spreadsheets
• Collaborate with Data Stewards and Business Process Experts to maintain master data quality and consistency
• Analyze data lineage, identify anomalies, and evaluate data quality metrics
• Perform data validation and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Support data cleansing and data governance initiatives
• Prepare reports and documentation related to data quality and data maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with data governance, master data management, or data operations
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data lineage and identify anomalies and inconsistencies
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Residency in Poland

Nice to have

• Experience in data governance or data operations
• Previous work with JD Edwards
