Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Master Data Specialist to maintain data quality and governance across systems. You will collaborate with Data Stewards and Business Process Experts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in master data management.

Key responsibilities include data input, lineage analysis, validation, and reporting, with a focus on ERP-backed processes and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in data governance, MDM, or data operations.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Experience in cross-functional and international teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Input, update, and manage data in JD Edwards, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards and Business Process Experts to maintain master data quality and consistency.
• Analyze data lineage, identify anomalies, and evaluate data quality metrics.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Support data cleansing and data governance initiatives.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to data quality and data maintenance.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data lineage and identify anomalies and inconsistencies
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Residency in Poland

Nice to have
