Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Master Data Specialist to join our team in Poland. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing data, ensuring data quality and accuracy, and supporting data governance initiatives.

You will collaborate with Data Stewards and Business Process Experts to uphold high data standards and drive data integrity. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in data governance, master data management, or data operations.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data lineage and identify anomalies and inconsistencies.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Residency in Poland.

Responsabilités

• Input, update, and manage data in JD Edwards, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards and Business Process Experts to maintain data quality.
• Analyze data lineage, identify anomalies, and evaluate data quality metrics.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to resolve discrepancies.
• Support data cleansing and data governance initiatives.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to data quality and data maintenance.
