Zurich Insurance Group in Kraków seeks a Planning and Performance Management Specialist (Fixed-Term) to perform FP&A and management accounting activities supporting local reporting and global projects. Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Develop, coordinate, analyze and support monthly, quarterly and yearly closings (SAP and other tools).
• Collect and consolidate expense actuals and plan data to prepare forecasts.
• Maintain master data in SAP (cost centers, accounts, statistical key figures, etc.) and planning systems.
• Deliver cost allocation to services (products/projects) and customers.
• Prepare and provide regular expense reporting.
• Respond to queries from cost-center managers and business peers.
• Identify financial issues and define counter-measures with tracking.
• Lead project modules or task forces related to PPM topics.

Planning and Performance Management Specialist

(Fixed-Term)

Place of work: Cracow

Purpose:

To perform specific Planning and Performance Management activities relevant for localreporting in order to support and reinforce key business objectives. The role gives opportunity to participate in local, regional and global projects and that is why we are looking for a proactive, flexible person with a “can do” approach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate, analyze and generally support monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closings (SAP and other tools), incl. billing/booking to cost centers
• Collect and consolidate expense actuals and plan data to prepare forecasts
• Maintain master data in SAP (cost centers, accounts, statistical key figures, etc.), planning systems and other controlling systems and ensure quality.
• Deliver cost allocation to services (products/projects) and customers
• Prepare & provide regular expense reporting
• Response to query for cost-center managers / respond to business queries
• Identify financial issues and the drivers behind, support counter-measures definition and track achievement
• Lead project modules/task forces related to PPM topics

Candidate’s profile:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant finance/controlling experience
• Practical experience in FP&A/ management accounting & reporting/cost controlling area
• Finance and Accounting, Economy/ Controlling or equivalent academic degree
• Very good Excel skills
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• English skills – fluent written and spoken

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.

This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków.
