Job summary
EY GDS Poland is seeking an Engineering Lead in the Product Incubation Team in Wroclaw. You will own feature delivery, translate requirements into actionable tasks, and guide a small team of engineers through build, test and release readiness in a fast-moving, product-led environment.
You will collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, and Solution Architects to ensure secure, maintainable solutions that scale from incubation to deployment, balancing speed with quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior engineer or engineering lead, owning feature-level delivery within product-led, agile teams.
- Hands-on engineering experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Ability to translate product requirements and architectural direction into clear, buildable technical tasks and high-quality implementations.
Responsibilities
- Own feature-level engineering delivery from refinement through build, test, and release readiness.
- Provide day-to-day technical leadership to engineers building the feature set and ensure quality within defined guardrails.
- Lead a small sub-team of engineers with coaching, mentoring, and hands-on guidance.
- Refine requirements with Product Owners and UX Designers and translate them into incremental deliverables.
- Ensure security, compliance and enterprise readiness in implementations.
