Job summary

GATX Rail Europe is seeking an experienced IT professional to support development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications within the Microsoft ecosystem. The role focuses on Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint Online, with contribution to Power BI reporting, data validation, and integrations.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to drive digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong practical experience with Power Automate, including flows, triggers and connectors.
• Experience in developing and maintaining Power Apps.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, permissions and workflows.
• Experience with Power BI, including report creation, data models and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of data structures and integrations.
• Good communication skills to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Fluent English; German or Polish would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, design and validate.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows, including data integrations.
• Build and enhance Power Apps supporting business processes.
• Support bug fixing, monitoring and optimization of applications and flows.
• Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists and workflows.
• Collaborate on Power BI reports and datasets.
• Connect Power Platform with data sources (DWH, SQL, APIs).
• Monitor automated processes and provide first‑level support and analysis.
• Contribute to standardization and documentation of solutions.
