Job summary

FRISTA is seeking a Power BI Developer in Warsaw to translate business processes into clear dashboards and KPI reporting. The role is hands-on, partnering with Finance, Sales, Logistics and Operations to gather requirements and deliver advanced Power BI solutions.

You will design and optimize data models, DAX measures, and semantic layers, ensuring high-quality, performant reporting. German language skills (C1) and English are required for stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Solid professional experience as a BI Developer with a focus on Power BI.
• Fluent German (C1) and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze reporting requirements with stakeholders in Finance, Sales, Logistics and Operations.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Create and optimize DAX measures, calculations and semantic data models.
• Translate business needs into reporting solutions and ensure KPI consistency.
• Work with data engineering to validate data and ensure high-quality reporting.
