Job summary

People More is seeking a Senior Power BI Consultant / Requirements Engineer with German to join our remote-friendly team. You will gather and analyse business needs, translate them into BI solutions, and design robust Power BI reports and data models for our international clients.

The role requires fluent German, strong Power BI skills, and experience with data warehousing collaboration. We offer a fully remote setup with Krakow office as an option and a dynamic, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Strong practical knowledge of Power BI.
Very good command of DAX and Power Query.
Experience in data modelling and building semantic models.
Good knowledge of Power BI Service.
Experience in performance optimisation of reports and data models.
Ability to independently gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with Data Engineering and Data Warehouse teams.
Ability to combine business analysis with technical implementation.

Responsibilities

Independently gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
Communicating with stakeholders in German and managing their expectations.
Translating business needs into effective reporting and data solutions.
Designing, developing, and implementing Power BI reports and dashboards.
Building data models and semantic models.
Creating calculations and measures using DAX.
Transforming and preparing data using Power Query.
Working with Power BI Service, including publishing, managing, and maintaining reports and datasets.
Monitoring and optimising the performance of reports and data models.
Cooperating closely with Data Engineering and Data Warehouse teams.
Supporting the implementation of BI solutions from the requirements-gathering stage through delivery.
Managing tasks independently and proactively driving projects forward.
