Job summary

FRISTA is seeking a Power BI Developer in Warsaw to translate business processes into clear dashboards and KPI reporting. The role is hands-on, partnering with Finance, Sales, Logistics and Operations to gather requirements and deliver advanced Power BI solutions.

You will design and optimize data models, DAX measures, and semantic layers, ensuring high-quality, performant reporting. German language skills (C1) and English are required for stakeholder collaboration.

We are looking for a Power BI Developer with German

This is a hands-on role focused on developing advanced Power BI solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, define reporting requirements and translate processes into clear, decision-relevant dashboards and KPI reporting.

Your responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business reporting requirements in close cooperation with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, Logistic and Operations.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Create and optimize DAX measures, calculations and semantic data models.
• Translate business needs into reporting solutions and ensure KPI consistency across the organization.
• Understand business KPIs to deliver meaningful dashboards and analytical insights.
• Work closely with data engineering teams to validate data and ensure high-quality reporting.
• Improve reports and dashboards based on business feedback and changing requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for reporting solutions, KPIs and data models.
• Ensure the quality, usability and performance of Power BI reporting solutions.

Our requirements:

• Solid professional experience as a BI Developer, with a strong focus on Power BI.
• Fluent German (C1) and good command of English.
• Strong experience in developing Power BI dashboards, reports and data models.
• Very good knowledge of DAX, SQL and data modelling.
• Experience working with SAP data and reporting solutions.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Ability to understand business KPIs.
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality.
• Experience working with Databricks or Azure data environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
