Job summary
Sii Poland is seeking a Lead Data Analyst (Power BI) to bridge business and technology, translating requirements into analytical solutions and dashboards for clients in Poland. You will mentor the Power BI analyst team, collaborate with DWH architects and data engineers, and help shape the Data & Analytics Center's offering.
Fluency in Polish and English, 7+ years of Power BI experience, and proven leadership are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of Power BI analytics experience with data.
- Experience as Tech Lead / Senior Consultant / Lead Developer.
- Knowledge of Data Governance principles and semantic modeling.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and DAX.
- Experience with DWH, Data Lakehouse, and cloud solutions.
- Proven client-facing project experience and presales support.
- Fluent Polish and English communications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and define analytics requirements.
- Translate goals into Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Define reporting standards and data governance practices.
- Work with ETL teams, data architects, and DevOps/FinOps.
- Mentor and develop skills within the analytics team.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and usability of solutions.
- Monitor market trends and contribute to service offers.
- Represent the organization at conferences and events.
