Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management leading large-scale initiatives
• Proven track record in Data/Analytics/AI/ML initiatives
• Strong Agile, PMP/Agile certs, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and leadership in international contexts

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Data & AI programs across cross-functional teams
• Define scope, milestones, resources, and risk management strategies
• Collaborate with senior leaders, product owners, and engineering leads to align capabilities with business objectives
• Establish governance structures, KPIs, and operational frameworks for Data & AI initiatives
• Manage budgets, dependencies, and change enablement across global organizations
