Job summary

Pico seeks a Portal Product Manager to drive the next phase of the Pico Portal, evolving from client interface to self-service, workflow automation, and intelligence platform for Market Services clients.

You will translate client and business needs into a prioritized roadmap, executable requirements, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes, working across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales Engineering.

Qualifications

Experience with B2B platforms and client portals.
Strong roadmap and backlog discipline.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Commercial awareness and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own the Portal product vision, roadmap, backlog, and success metrics.
Drive workflow automation, self-service ordering, delivery visibility, and client adoption.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, release plans, and stakeholder communications.
Collaborate with Delivery, Engineering, Operations, Product, and Sales Engineering to scale platform capabilities.
Utilize data and client feedback to prioritize investments and measure outcomes.
