Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the Polish mid-market. The role focuses on enterprise networking with exposure to cyber-security, cloud/AI, and collaboration. You will deliver presentations, demos, BoMs, and PoCs in collaboration with Inside Account Executives.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, strong presentation skills, and fluency in Polish and English. French or German is a plus. This on-site Kraków role offers growth in a fast‑moving global team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry.
• Proven track record of achieving quota attainment or YoY growth.
• Fluency in Polish and English (additional French or German a plus).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Inside Account Executives in a pre-sales technical function.
• Showcase Cisco solutions through customer presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Create Bills of Materials (BoMs) and run proof-of-concept activities.
• Educate customers on Cisco differentiation and drive demand.
• Work with partners to scale and align Cisco products with customer business drivers.
