Also Polska seeks a pre-sales professional to support cybersecurity and enterprise networking projects using Cisco technologies.

You will collaborate with sales and product teams, review tender documentation, and guide partners with technical expertise to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of advanced Security and Enterprise Networking solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales support for the above-mentioned solutions.
• Ability to read technical and tender documentation.
• Good knowledge of English (reading technical docs).
• Cisco certificates (CCNA/CCNP) and related Security certs.

Job description, tasks:

• Conducting projects, preparing inquiries and providing ongoing technical support to business partners.
• Cooperation with the sales department and Product Manager on current technical issues regarding supported solutions.

Your profile:

• Technical knowledge of advanced Security and Enterprise Networking solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales support for the above-mentioned solutions (work for a reseller or distributor).
• Ability to read technical and tender documentation.
• Good knowledge of English (allowing reading technical documentation).
• Independence and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure and set priorities.
• Focused on achieving the set goals.
• Possession of Cisco technical certificates (e.g. CCNA, CCNP etc.) and others in the field of Security.
• Knowledge of company solutions, e.g. Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, etc.
• Experience in implementing the above-mentioned solutions.
