Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Polish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL; experience with data analysis is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for e-commerce, creator economy, or digital marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in impactful short-term projects to gain real-world experience.
• Manage the seller community and drive seller engagement through daily operations.
• Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams to develop seller playbooks, educational materials, and marketing assets.
• Analyze merchant program performance and support the configuration, optimization, and daily operation of seller missions and incentives.
• This internship will be project based.
