waterdrop® is expanding its Poland team in Warsaw and seeks a motivated intern to support online sales channels, monitor listings and stock, and adapt content in Polish and English. You will assist with events, tracking, reporting, and coordination with partners while bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications

• Native Polish and fluent English, written and spoken.
• Basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel).
• Organised approach with proactive attitude.
• Interest in e-commerce and consumer brands.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of online sales channels, including marketplaces.
• Monitor offers, prices, stock and performance; prepare simple weekly summaries.
• Adapt and proofread content in Polish and English for website, newsletters, social media and marketing materials.
• Help organise brand events and promotional activities across Poland.
• Prepare checklists, trackers and reports; coordinate with colleagues and partners.
• Bring ideas and improvements to the team.
