Qualifications

• Native or fluent Polish for high-level technical communication.
• Fluent English for collaboration in an international IT environment.
• EU passport holder to enable employment in Greece.
• Strong IT interest and customer support/tech consultancy experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as a primary technical advisor for Polish-speaking users navigating complex search engine ecosystems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries regarding digital platforms, advertising tools, and account configurations.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering precise, industry-relevant technical solutions.
• Collaborate with IT engineering teams to report bugs and suggest optimizations for search software performance.
• Execute data-driven insights to help clients refine their digital footprint and search rankings.
• Ensure all interactions meet the high standards of our IT service-level agreements and quality benchmarks.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the IT and digital advertising industry to provide proactive assistance.
