Job summary

Statkraft seeks a Contract Operation Analyst to support the Poland segment of our Market Activities and Continuous Improvements MRO. You will manage the full value chain from deal entry to payment, collaborating with Front Office and Regulatory Reporting teams to ensure smooth operations across Poland.

Based in Warsaw or other major hubs, you will help set up settlement services, automate processes, and liaise with grid operators and customers to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of the Polish physical energy market (billing, metering, switching)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Solution-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative
• Fluent in Polish and English

Responsibilities

• Set up new settlement services needed to operate Statkraft's contracts in the Polish market and share knowledge with the team.
• Support daily operations for all energy contracts in Poland (billing, settlement, data plausibility checks).
• Identify opportunities to further automate and streamline daily operations.
• Collaborate with teams in Poland, Germany and Netherlands.
• Communicate with customers, grid operators, and internal teams.
• Help set up and improve processes for Poland and other markets MRO supports.
