Job summary

Statkraft is expanding its Market Activities in Poland and seeks a Contract Operation Analyst to support the end-to-end contract lifecycle from deal entry to payment. Based in Poland with potential placements in Warsaw, Amsterdam, or Düsseldorf, you will represent MRO in Poland and drive process improvements.

You will collaborate with Front Office and other support functions, set up settlement services, and contribute to automation and efficiency across the energy contracts in Poland and

Qualifications

• Good understanding of the Polish physical energy market (billing, metering, switching, CSIRE, WIRE).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Solution-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Set up new settlement services needed to operate Statkraft’s contracts in the Polish market and share the knowledge with the team.
• Support daily operations for all energy contracts in Poland (customer billing, balance settlement towards grid operators, data plausibility checks involving CSIRE, WIRE and other).
• Identify opportunities to further automate and streamline daily operations.
• Collaborate with teams located in multiple locations, mainly in Poland, Germany and Netherlands.
• Communicate with customers, grid operators, and internal teams.
• Help set up and improve processes for new and existing business for Poland and other markets MRO supports.
