Job summary

Statkraft is seeking a Senior Contract Operation Analyst to support the Market Activities and Continuous Improvements MRO. The role focuses on Poland, with responsibility from deal entry to payment and partnerships across Front Office and Regulatory Reporting.

Based in Warsaw or other European hubs, you will own Poland operations and optimize processes. You will work with Polish energy market knowledge, billing systems (SAP/SF), and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and

• Understanding of the Polish physical energy market (billing, metering, switching, CSIRE, WIRE).
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar billing/CRM systems.
• Knowledge of energy balancing and market communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up new settlement services to operate contracts in Poland and share knowledge with the team.
• Support daily operations for energy contracts in Poland (billing, settlement, data plausibility checks).
• Drive automation and streamline daily operations.
• Collaborate with teams across Poland, Germany, and Netherlands.
• Communicate with customers, grid operators, and internal teams.
• Help set up and improve processes for Poland and other markets MRO supports.

Job Description

TheContinental Metering Business Operations(MRO) department is the process engine for all metered business activities of Statkraft in Germany, Poland, Iberia, France, Italy and Netherlands. We are expanding our Market activities in Poland, and we are looking for someone that is keen to support our strategy and takes ownership for our operations as well as setting up new processes around renewable upstream and downstream power purchase and BESS optimisation agreements.

As a Senior Contract Operation Analyst you will be hired into Market Activities and Continuous Improvements MRO(T). You will support the full value chain of the contracts from deal entry to payment, and you will work closely with our colleagues in Front Office but also with other support functions like Regulatory Reporting or Revenue Operations and our process experts in MRO. In this role, which can be based inWarsaw,AmsterdamorDüsseldorfyou will be the representative of MRO for Poland, and you will:

• Set up new settlement services needed to operate Statkraft’s contracts in the Polish market and share the knowledge with the team.
• Support daily operations for all energy contracts in Poland (customer billing, balance settlement towards grid operators, data plausibility checks involving CSIRE, WIRE and other).
• Drive the activities to further automate and streamline daily operations.
• Collaborate with teams located in multiple locations, mainly in Poland, Germany and Netherlands.
• Communicate with customers, grid operators, and internal teams.
• Help set up and improve processes for new and existing businessfor Poland and other markets MRO supports.
  

Qualifications

• Very good understanding of the Polish physical energy market (billing, metering, switching, CSIRE, WIRE etc.).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Solution-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative.
• Fluent inPolishandEnglish.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar billing and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of energy balancing, balancing services and market communication in the energy industry.
