Job summary

Statkraft is seeking a Senior Contract Operation Analyst to support the Market Activities and Continuous Improvements MRO. The role focuses on Poland, with responsibility from deal entry to payment and partnerships across Front Office and Regulatory Reporting.

Based in Warsaw or other European hubs, you will own Poland operations and optimize processes. You will work with Polish energy market knowledge, billing systems (SAP/SF), and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and

Qualifications

Understanding of the Polish physical energy market (billing, metering, switching, CSIRE, WIRE).
Fluent in Polish and English.
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar billing/CRM systems.
Knowledge of energy balancing and market communication.

Responsibilities

Set up new settlement services to operate contracts in Poland and share knowledge with the team.
Support daily operations for energy contracts in Poland (billing, settlement, data plausibility checks).
Drive automation and streamline daily operations.
Collaborate with teams across Poland, Germany, and Netherlands.
Communicate with customers, grid operators, and internal teams.
Help set up and improve processes for Poland and other markets MRO supports.
