Job summary

RealAdvisor is launching in Poland and seeking ambitious Sales Partners to help build this market from day one. This is an early-stage opportunity with significant growth potential as we establish a presence in Poland.

You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing, with demos, negotiations, and CRM pipeline management, supported by our SDR team and training on product and market. Top performers can earn €20,000+ per month, with peers earning €30,000+ monthly.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and closing deals.
• No prior real estate experience required; training provided.
• Native or fluent Polish and professional English communication.

Responsibilities
