You will handle inquiries by phone and email, assist trucks over 3.5 tons, and help clarify road usage regulations while ensuring toll and revenue collection.

The role offers on-site work in Porto, a 40-hour week with a rotating shift pattern, private health insurance, meal allowance, and relocation support including shared accommodation

Qualifications

• Native-level Polish proficiency.
• Fluency in English; minimum B2.
• Comfortable handling multiple customer interactions over the phone and via e-mail.
• Professional, yet friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons
• Providing support directly to drivers and transport logistics companies
• Clarifying questions related to road usage and regulations
• Ensuring accurate toll and revenue collection
• Promoting service sales when applicable
• Contributing to the achievement of the client’s objectives
