Cross Border Talents is seeking a customer service representative to support Polish and English-speaking clients in the road infrastructure sector. Responsabilidades

• Acting as the main point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons.
• Providing direct support to drivers and transport logistics companies.
• Clarifying questions related to road usage and regulations.
• Ensuring accurate toll and revenue collection.
• Promoting service sales when applicable.
• Contributing to the achievement of the client’s objectives.
