This role requires native Polish, strong English, and a passion for consumer electronics. The position offers base salary plus performance bonuses after the first three months, with relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent Polish (verbal and written) with strong English (min B2)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Deep understanding and enthusiasm for consumer electronics; knowledge of computers related to software installation
• Ability to own issues, report findings, and guide customers to resolution
• Strong customer service mindset with empathy and professionalism
• Adaptability to a dynamic contact centre environment
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and willingness to adapt to custom packages
• High standards of ethics and teamwork; strong personal timekeeping
• Cultural adaptability to diverse local customers

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues from initial contact through resolution
• Diagnose and resolve technical inquiries related to software installation and connectivity
• Test products, contribute to the knowledge base, and update articles
• Handle challenging customers professionally and diffuse complaints
• Explain complex technical details in clear, customer-friendly terms
• Navigate internal systems to identify answers and troubleshoot issues
• Follow company policies and escalate when needed
• Identify opportunities to promote client products and services
• Document conversations in writing or email when required
