Qualifications

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills and empathy in customer interactions.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, high-quality technical support to Polish-speaking Fitbit users regarding fitness tracking and wellness features.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, software, and hardware issues for a wide range of fitness and wellness wearables.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle by educating customers on the advanced tracking features of their devices.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic, personalized solutions in the fitness & wellness space.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on the latest developments within the fitness technology ecosystem.
