Job summary

Telus Digital Bulgaria is hiring a Fitbit Products Support Specialist with Swedish and English to join our Sofia-based team. You will assist users via tickets or calls, resolve device-use questions, and relay trends to supervisors in an international environment.

Relocation benefits include a €1,200 gross relocation bonus, company-provided accommodation, plane ticket, and airport taxi, with fully paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of Swedish language (B2 or similar) for daily communication with customers.
• Good command of English (B1 or similar) for training and internal communication.
• Basic understanding of iOS and Android OS use/features.
• Demonstrating empathy.
