Job summary

Cognizant Poland is seeking a Video Content Moderator for our Kraków office. You will review user reports, classify content according to policy, and support safe, compliant online communities.

The role requires Polish and English at C1, willingness to work shifts including weekends, strong communication, and careful, fast‑paced decision making. Fresh graduates are welcome; comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Proficiency of Polish & English on at least C1 level.
• Willingness to work from the office on a 24/7 shift pattern.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Revision of user reports regarding website content.
• Analysis and identification of content according to compliance policies.
• Making well-balanced decisions and helping to resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures.
• Using market specific knowledge and insights to improve the support of user community.
• Revision of sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter.
